Timely access to payroll data, attendance, HR records and the relevant portal credentials. Statutory deadlines are met subject to receiving data and approvals on time.
We advise on EPF, ESI and Bonus: coverage, payroll review and liability calculations. Portal filings, ECR submissions and challans can be added as a separately billed engagement.
On the Essentials plan (up to 20 employees), attending notices and inspections and arranging statutory records is included. For larger engagements, notice, inspection and dispute representation is billed per matter or appearance, depending on complexity, hearing stages and location.
Changes that materially increase compliance obligations may lead to a revisit of scope and fees. We flag them early so there are no surprises.
